    2. The vibrating feeder after installation should have a swimming clearance of 20mm, the horizontal direction should be horizontal, and the suspension device should be connected flexibly.

    3. Before the vibrating feeder is unloaded, all the bolts should be tightened once, especially the anchor bolts of the vibration motor. It should be tightened once for 3-5 hours.

    4. The vibrating feeder should always check the amplitude during the operation, the current of the vibrating motor and the surface temperature of the motor. It is required to have a uniform amplitude before and after, and the vibration motor current is stable. If abnormal conditions are found, it should be stopped immediately.

    5. The lubrication of the vibration motor bearing is the key to the normal operation of the whole vibration feeder. During the use, the bearing should be filled with grease regularly, once every two months, and once every month during the high temperature season.  Repair the motor once and replace the inner bearing.

  • Warranty

    Lei Meng provides half-year quality assurance for its products, excluding consumables (customers can repair, replace and return defective products for free.) Direct costs associated with the warranty, such as goods, spare parts costs and warranty technician accommodation fees should be provided by Party B. Bear or deduct from the payment of the goods stipulated in the contract. Party A shall not bear any indirect losses other than the above fees and contracts. However, when Party B is responsible for the accommodation expenses of technicians, Party A must send instructions to the technicians.
